This is an English translation, provided so you can read it. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version is the legally binding one.

This policy explains which cookies vidha.eu uses. It's short because there's little to tell: this site is built to need the bare minimum. It follows Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI), the GDPR and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

What a cookie is

A small text file that a website stores on your device. It can serve technical purposes (making a form work) or track you across pages and sites. Here it's only used for the first.

The only cookie VIDHA uses

A technical session cookie. It's created solely to show you confirmation messages when you use a form — for example, the «check your email» when you subscribe, or the notice when you send a contact message. It's temporary, it's deleted when you close your browser, and it contains no personal data or tracking identifiers.

Being strictly necessary for the site to function, it's exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI. That's why you won't see a cookie banner here: there's nothing to accept or reject.

What VIDHA does NOT have

No analytics cookies. This site's visit measurement is a system of its own that runs on the server, without placing anything on your device. It uses no cookies, doesn't store your IP address, and can't identify you or follow you across days. Details are in the privacy policy.

No third-party cookies. There's no advertising here, no social buttons that track you, no Google Analytics, no pixels. The videos you see are hosted on this same site — not on external platforms that could install their own cookies.

How to manage them

You can block or delete cookies from your browser's settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all explain how on their help pages). If you block this site's session cookie, everything will still work; you'll simply stop seeing the confirmation messages on forms.

Changes to this policy

If one day this site needed a new cookie, this page would be updated before activating it, with the date visible at the top. The underlying commitment doesn't change: the bare minimum, and nothing from third parties.
